Subject:-     Constitution of Vigilance Cell at Directorate level.

ORDER No-302- DCAPDK of 2013

Dated: - 10.04.2013.

Pursuant to the directions given by Hon’ble Minister for CAPD and Transport J&K, a Vigilance Cell comprising the following officers is constituted with immediate effect:-

1.   Joint Director (Adm) CA&PD Kashmir (DVO) Chairman.

2.   Mr. Mushtaq Ahmad Wani, TSO City

3.   Mr. Nisar Ahmad Bhat, TSO Mills.

            The Cell shall devise a mechanism of receiving complaints if any, regarding the misappropriation/leakage of PDS foodgrains, conduct an enquiry, and submit the report along with its recommendations  to the Director, CAPD Kashmir within 24 hours of the lodging of the compliant.
