Sub:-Obtaining
of Ration Cards by the un-covered (Left-out)/bifurcated
families.
Notice
Applications for obtaining Ration cards on the prescribed
form (Form D) forming annexure to this notice are invited
from the desirous un-covered/left out families as well as
existing PDS rationed families of Kashmir Division including
Leh and Kargil who are desirous of splitting/bifurcating
their existing ration cards on account of separate family
units.
The prescribed application form (Form D) shall also
be available on the departmental website(www.capdkashmir.nic.in).
How to apply?
The desirous person will submit the prescribed form
duly filled in to the Storekeeper (Ghat Munshi)
of his concerned area.
Last date for submission of prescribed form:-
The last date for submission of prescribed form will
be 31st of May 2012.
Verification of application form.
The application for obtaining ration cards received
in the department shall be subject to verification by the
Committee constituted for the purpose.
